Hi,

I'm new to DAZ3D but I was sure I couldn't mess this one up. I just bought some expressions for M4 but for some reason double clicking on them will not link them to the face. I've tried a couple different ways to get the expressions to load but with no luck.

It may be that the icon only injects the morph, which you then need to dial on the Parameters pane to the desired strength.

Those aren't expressions, they're body morphs. They don't apply the shape you see in the icon to the figure, they create a parameter dial in the Parameters or Shaping tab that you can adjust to add as much (or as little) of the morph as you want to the figure. There are exceptions, mainly for complete character morphs, but most of these morph dials load on to the figure with a default value of zero; that's why "nothing happens" when you click on the icon.

Select the head, then switch to the Parameters tab and look at the selection of morphs — there should be section headings you can expand to show the individual parameter dials controlling each morph (there will be other full-body morphs visible when you select the whole body).

Thank you Fixmypcmike & SpottedKitty! I was able to follow the steps and now I can make my characters smile...ok that was lame but I'm just so happy ;-)

One thing to note: if you're working with related groups of morphs e.g. full body shaping morphs on a human(ish) figure, and you dial up several of them, the combined value shouldn't be too much over 1. It's one of those "can, but shouldn't" things, realism can go down if you hit the right wrong combination.
