Download problems for the last few days

Hi folks, is anyone else having a box pop up saying 'cannot download'"?
It has occurred since Tuesday.

    I haven't had any problems with downloading anything.

    Try a clean log out, that's log out of the forums and Log out of the store, even if it shows you logged out. Clean your browser cash and then log in again. That has worked for a few users.

    NO Daz3D cleans out the cash. OP needs to clean out his cache. :coolsmirk:

    If you are using IE, try a different browser. There's a known issue that some people with IE are having -- they're working on fixing it, but in the interim using another browser usually works.
