Clothing Question

Does anyone know of any clothing set that leaves on half of the chest exposed and the other half covered? Preferably for Genesis 2 Female, but others are fine too.

    I'm afraid not. I am looking for something that is medieval fantasy. Something like a rogue's shirt or an archer's shirt.

    Not following, is that a half shirt that covers only the top or more like a corset type thing?

    if you mean one side open, many shirts have movement morphs which are usually listed on the product page

    Any idea why some of the V4 clothing, even though when I imported it into a Genesis 2 model and indicated that it was a V4 piece of clothing, that some of the sliders do not work? Are they incompatible?

    If you have an item of clothing that you like, and a basic graphic program (I use Photoshop), you can create a transparency map to hide the portion of the clothing you don't want visible. DAZ has many tutorials explaining how to create and apply trans maps in DS. It's not difficult and gives you a lot of flexibility with current clothing.

    If the same morphs do not exist in the G2 figure in a way DS understands it treats them as not needed. But if movement morphs they should remain. Adjustment morphs need a morph to match to fully work, some will and others might not.
