Accidently messed up my past projects and potentially all future projects!

Hello, if someone could help out this newbie I would greatly appreciate it.

When trying to save a character's shape, not the character, I created something and saved it. I didn't think that would change much and assumed I was making a morph I could come back to in the future with new characters but a few days later I noticed that a different scene I loaded in suddenly had a certain female's face slider set to 100%!

I did not do that. Checking other works, it seems like every single scene I open applies this female's face and body sliders to any figures in the scene. What did I do?? I can look into it more but I really want to get instant help if it sounds like I'm describing something like a ...template, or default... Helping me clear this would put me in anyone's debt! Thanks!

You saved the morph as a morph asset while it had a non-zero default value, so it loads at that on any figure. Set the defaul value to 0% (click the gear icon on the slider>Parameter Settings), then resave (File>Save As>Support Assets>Morph Asset) takng care to use the same names in the options dialogue.
