Center axes, BIT settings in Iray

Hi there,
I'm a beginner, so I may have stupid questions at times. I work with Cinema 4D (3D program). Sometimes the axes of 3D objects are shifted, I can have the axes centered in the center of the object, which makes it easier to continue working. Now my first question: is there a possibility in DAZ Studio to have the shifted axes centered on the object?
2. Question: In Cinema 4D I can specify 8BIT, 16BIT or 32 BIT when rendering. How can I specify higher BITs at Iray?
I work with MacPro.
I thank you in advance.

1. The Joint Editor can be used to edit the centre point, among other things.
2. Use Canvasses - they have their own sub-tab on the Advanced tab of render Settings. Add a Beauty pass and when you save the render, as Rendername.jpg, an .exr file will be added to the Rendername_canvasses sub-folder.
Hi,
I am still a beginner and have a few stupid but vital questions for me. So far, DAZ 3D Forum has helped me the best. I thank you.
Now the stupid questions:
1. How can I place the axes (XYZ) from below in the middle of the rat. (See picture 1)
2. How can I remove the gloss effects on the skin? (See picture 2)
3. I would very much like to render my pictures in 16 or 32 BIT, how can I set this in the Iray? (See picture 3)
I have rendered a picture with the support of Haseltine. The image was 10000x8000 dpi, but after 15 seconds there was only a black area. My render settings were with canvas, beauaty and environment lighting. He gave me correct instructions but I'm still a beginner and the mistake is mine.
Please, if someone helps me, not with technical terms, but for simple beginners.
Thank you in advance.

The new 2. Is this Iray or 3delight? Is the character, as far as you know, using Iray or 3Delight settings? Which figure is it?
Hello Mr. Haseltine,
the picture is rendered in Iray and the figure is called "Grave Ghoul". I also worked on that in Shapin.
Thank you
Is it the orignal figure, with a morph applied, or did you import a fresh model - if the latter how did you apply the materials?
Hi,
the base figure is "Evil Clown" then I applied Grave Ghoul to it. I don't see any shine on the skin here, but I don't know when it happened.
Thanks for your efforts
Please remember to clothe your figure, or zoom in so only the upper body is showing (for a male).
So you have been working on the DS file version, not exporting/importing? In that case I don't know where the shine might come from if it wasn't there initially, but the settings to check in the Surfaces pane Editor tab, with the Skin group selected, would be Glossiness and Top Coat - my guess is it would be top-coat related, but that is a guess (and I don't have the products you are using).
