Refund Question

Hello everyone ;) for info I use a translator so please excuse in advance for any errors.

I just found out about refunds and I would like to know in which cases it applies, is there a time limit for requesting a refund? For me there are 3 types of items, there are those I use, those I no longer use and those I consider badly made, in my case I would like to be refunded for items that I consider badly made and that I can not use for several reasons, in this sense is there a quantity limit? for example 10 items?
