Help with Coupon Code [Solved]

I have got this message this morning, but I don't know how to use it, I can click on Get Your Gift Card where I can add 10$ GC. I tried to get 10$ GC and when it is in my cart to paste in Coupon Code Box but it says Code is not Valid. I also tried to add some products and use Coupon Code but it is the same. Now what to do... Can someone help me with this please. Thank You!

I don't know (I have not received this offer) but is the format of the code something like xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx where the "x"s look like random letters and numbers rather than spelling out words? If so then I think that IS the GC - you add it in the Gift Card Code box instead of the Coupon Code box during checkout.

No it seems to be Coupon Code, like usual PC+ ones. Only that I can't make it work and it seems it is weekend and support seem to be off :)
When you copied and pasted the code, are you certain you didn't get any blanks at the start or end? (i.e. Does the message that says the code is not valid have no extraneous spaces between the quote marks?)
Failing that I hope someone else who got that offer may drop by...
Have you tried put the code in the gift card redemption page?
Yes it doesn't work, it says: Wrong gift card code.
Actually, maybe not. I have had tickets answered outside of normal business hours. My latest email response was received at 12:52 am, CST, this morning.

At 12:30 PM EDT it still does not work. I've tried every combination I can think of. Tried it in both validation boxes, but get wrong code for either. Tried using the 'GET CARD' button but that just gives me a $9.50 cost in the check out. Tried using the code here as well, in both boxes here too. Same response. Tried it with and without an item in the cart. Again, same results. I did not copy and paste code, I typed it from scratch myself, both upper and lower case, plus a mixed upper and lower one. Don't know what else to try.
It does not work for me either. The other day another code did not work. I received a code that was supposed to be good for 4 free items, if one item was purchased, and that did not work at all. I had all the items in the cart. Nothing.
I wrote them, no response.

Doesn't work!!! Got the e-mail from DAZ, pressed the code to redeem, got to the page, code already in the box, pressed redeem, still got the Invalid Code. Tried to redeem it four times, all give the same result. How many times can DAZ screw up? They do every other week with the bi-weekly freebies, they never work at first. I mean, how many times do you have to do it wrong before you manage to get it right. This gift card should have had better instructions to use it. You shouldn't have to spend hours trying to get it right. And then it still doesn't work. Thanks Milos for the help, but it didn't work.
So you had just the one GiftCard in the cart? If so, and the email offering the GC went to the account with which you are trying to purchase, then please open a Support ticket.
Solved, I hope. Finally wwhen checked the store credit, the balance had been increased by the $10.oo. Don't know why it didn't show up before. So no need for a ticket. Thanks.
