I made these. they should fit Gen8 because that's what I modeled them around.
I'm too dang busy to make props for DS right now but if anyone wants to do that I invite them. I don't know where to begin
if you need the obj's or anything I can get them for you.

Since I'm not adept at Blender, yes if you would send over the .obj I'll give it a go.
thanks Catherine! Let me know if you need me to do anything else to help.

Got 'em! Will work on this later on today.
I got some D/S files ready here now. I felt to include a morph to lower that top strap as otherwise it was pretty high off the foot. People can unlock the morph [I left it visible] and dial it out if so desired.
I have include a foot pose preset for G8F.
Anybody is free to use my foot pose(s) when modeling shoes ;-) I don't consider it copyrighted.
After applying a pose to G8F, one can reapply the foot pose and the shoes will again be on the feet.
Select G8F first, then load the shoes ... they are smart props. They can be loaded by themselves too if for example one wants shoes in the closet.
Amazing! thanks for fixing this mess. I need to find out what I'm doing wrong with these foot poses. I'll try your pose.
do you mind if I post this on sharecg and obviously credit you for your expertise?
It's "yours" to do with as you please ;-)
Maybe for your next model of shoes the part that goes under the toes could extend back a little more. I couldn't make a simple morph to address that.
Thank you for the shoes :-)

You're welcome :-)
