Rendered without background

Hello,

How can I make a record without background.
I tried png but I still have the background color.

    What are your render settings?

    This is the default. And "Quality" 2.

    You will still see the background colour in some software, like Windows Picture viewer, but it is not really there. Open the image in Photoshop or similar, and you will see that the background is transparent.

    I use Photoshop. And the background is retained even after save png.

    You need to use the 3Delight renderer, which is "Quality 4." Then your background should be transparent if you are rendering to .png.

    I can not use 3Delight renderer, All which is "Quality 4", my pc crash.

    Then you can't render to a transparent background...OpenGL rendering, at least the implementation in DS, is not very good dealing with rendering alpha channels.
