Custom Character

I intitiall got into 3d art to created 3d characters that are of people I know (ie my wife).  There are several face generators on DAZ for purchase.  However, they do not work with a MAC (which is my operating system) and from my understanding aren't very affective.  All of the new characters created are very relaistice and look more like people rather than models.  Is there a source or vender that can create a custom look a like character for individuals?  I've seen custom celebrity characters that candidly look great.  I would like to have custom characters similarly create.  Please repond and let me know if there are individuals that cna create customer characters or if there is a source that can effectively and accurately create custom characters from a photo.  Thank you!

    While the generators are useful, vendors simply won't use them to re-create real people to s oid copyright claims. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think you can do it yourself, as long it's for personal use. But commercial uee wouldn't be permitted, I can guarantee that. Good luck!

    Thank you for the response.  I am using for personal use, not commercial.  I would love to use the Face Transfer Plug In, which seems to work well.  However, I hav a MAC and I beleive Face Transfer only works with a Windows operating sysem. That is why I was inquiring if someone could create a custom character for me or tell me other options.
