Help setting up content properly

All of my content has installed properly from the install manager. However, yesterday I bought the sci-fi cargo hold and bride's gold products. I ran then both through the install manager and neither one installed at all. The manager says they are there, but they aren't. Part of the cargo hold is showing up, but when I try to load it, it says that files are missing.
I'm thinking the problem is that I don't have my content directories set up properly, and was wondering if someone on the forums might show me what I'm doing wrong?

Some products require both the DAZ studio files and the Poser files. If the DIM listed the poser files you should have installed those as well as the DS version. If only the DS version was listed please report the Files to Support. If set properly DIM should Download all files needed for all content.
There were only two single files for K64 Cargo Hold and Bride's Gold, it didn't say rather or not they were DS or Poser flies, but both are tagged as DS and Poser.
That says the Full package was not in DIM. your screen shot shows a .cr2 as the missing file. That is a Poser format file. At this pont I will ask if your content folder is listed as both a DAZ Studio Format path and a Poser Format path. If yes please report the DIM files as faulty.
You can also check your Products Library for the Poser Files, they should list even if not DIM ready.
The K64 cargohold, although supporting both DS and Poser, does contain only a Poser Core Installer according to the store page
Brides gold is an old item and will definitely be found under Poser formats
Can you post these 2 screenshots:
1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
2) In DIM, on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right
I don't have the cargo hold, but Bride's Gold shows for me in "Content Library > Poser Formats > [content folder name] > Props > BridesGold". There's an error in the metadata (which I have just reported) so it won't show in Smart Content.
I am using the same folder for both paths, screen shots
What does DIM say here? Looks as if yours should work but need more info.
If the content folder is a sub-folder, will that affect how files load?
Yes. You can not have a Content folder in that folder. That DAZ Runtime is the content folder. All goes in it not into a folder in it. The installer should create the proper sub folders for you. If doing by hand the CONTENT folder in the Zip files is not added, it gets opened and only the sub folders added to the DAZ Runtime folder.
