Help with Instances to Objects

I'm trying to use this script to convert instanced skyscrapers from this set:

but when the script is done instancing there nothing in the resulting "i20 - Distanced Groups" object.

I've tried exporting as an obj to see if something like Blender sees anything but to verify; nothing is created.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug or is this not supported

Using DS Public 4.12.1.76

I hold shift and select each lot before running it

I don't own this set though
