Textures for Different Businesses for Urban Sprawl 2 and 3 Buildings?

I am wondering if there are any packages of textures to allow for more variety of businesses/shops with the Urban Sprawl 2 and 3 buildings?

If there aren't, maybe it's a good idea for someone to consider such project.

    Great suggestion, Wendy.  In fact, I don't even need GIMP to work on such task.  I am importing the UV images into PowerPoint, and creating new storefront and store signs to allow for more variety of shops for the Urban Sprawl buildings.
