    Deleting lights in Poser gives no lights, deleting lights in DS does not seem to give the same effect unless I am doing something wrong.

    When you have no lights in DS you end up with a 'headlamp' which is a light 'strapped' to the camera. The only exception to this is if you have added Uber lighting which adds something called a headlamp-blocker which is used by DS to flag the fact that the use of the headlamp should be blocked.

    For a Dark one Spot light only render set your Background color to a Dark Color, set up your scene with the Default Camera head lamp (as it is known) and then add your one Spot light. Adding the spot light, any light really, turns off the Head Lamp. Deleting all lights turns it back on. It is built in for easy set up so your not trying to pose and texture on a full dark screen.

    And that Help demands some Stupid to keep the thread on track...

    I want to ask stupid questions like can I run the 32 bit version of DS and the 64 bit version of DS at the same time? Did I already download this file?
