Content Library requires refreshing

Why is it necessary to refresh my Content Library at the DAZ Studio Formats root level to access the content files. This happens on a rather random basis when I am moving between workin in Scene or Surface tabs and the Content Library files. Sometimes when I click on a file it won't show any content but if I refresh at the DAZ Studio Formats level all the content is available.

That sounds a bit this-shouldn't-happen; the D|S (and Poser) Formats sections of the Content Library pane by definition show the actual content files in their actual folders as they're stored on your computer. The other views don't show the files, they show a database of pointers to the files (which is only as good as the entries in the database; sometimes they're wrong).
Can you post a screenshot of your Content Library pane when it's glitching? The whole pane, don't shave any bits off; there might be something tucked away in a corner that doesn't seem to be important, but is.
