Moving DAZ to a new computer - how to move database?

I'm upgrading to a new workstation, installing DAZ Studio etc.  I've made quite a few changes to the database on my old computer - adding and changing content catagories so they don't show up in "lost and found," etc.  How do I move that database with my customizations to the new workstation?  I tried exporting the user data in the Content Database Maintenance window.  It saved for a minute but where does it go?  (Everything else in that window is way to scary to try without knowing exactly what it's going to do.)

Is there any documentation, any best practices for moving everything to another computer?

    You need the folder listed in Edit>Preferences (Daz Studio>Preferences for a Mac) in the CMS Settings tab. Copy it from the old machine with DS, DIM, and Carrara closed, paste it into the equivalent location on the new machine again with all things that use the database closed.
