Sci Fi Training Room texture replacement glitch

I have Sci Fi Training Room. I like to use iRay shaders. I set a couple of surfaces as Daz Uber Base. These parts stayed alright initially, however, as soon as I turned on Emissive part of the shader, this happened (image).

What is this, and how do I fix it?

Things I've tried:

  • Resizing the texture
  • Adding a different shader (MEC4D's PBS Shaders)
  • Rendering with spot render, rather than iRay preview mode

If you are talking about this https://www.daz3d.com/sci-fi-training-room I got it.  I am not at my computer at the moment as I am eating breakfast.

    what textures are most problematic?

None, the textures are as provided, it's the Daz Uber Base Shader that seems to be the problem.

Ok, I tried using a different included 'Set': Scifi_TrainingRoom_BasicDSLights. Seems the base iRay shaders and the Uber Environment lights (the other two sets) don't like each other, though the base light set works well.

Looks as if you may have 2 of something loaded.

The product page doesn't list materials presets, it lists pre-load scenes. You need to delete the one version before loading another, as Scorpio says this is what happens when there two versions of a model in the same place.
