"Mark Children as Seen" not removing blue highlight

Thanks to the helpful recommendations here on the forums, I am proceeding with re-building my custom content library categories with my backed up UserData file and Re-importing Metadata. It looks to be working and I am very glad I don't have to re-organize all that stuff! :)

But I'm having one odd issue. After I do the Re-Import Metadata, all of my re-installed content has the 'New' mark on the icons and it is highlighted blue in the list but when I try to 'Mark children as seen', it removes the 'New' marking on the icons but it does not remove the blue highlight. I have checked and DAZ Content Manager is running in the background before I start up DAZ. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know if it matters, but so far I have mostly been re-installing old, non-DAZ content from ShareCG and commercial sites. I was going to wait to re-install the majority of my DAZ content with DIM until the very end because I have bought new products and I wanted to get the old content library in order before dealing with the new content.

The way I do it is Mark all content as Seen. That kills all the New and blue for me.

Ok, I'll give that a shot but shouldn't 'Mark Children as Seen' work for everything in that folder? Could this be a sign there is a problem my Content Manager?
