"Body By Sublime Series 8 Female" Question...

Do i really need to buy 5 additional products for this product to work?

it makes sense that it requires "G8F body morphs" (which i've already got) but do i really need Monique 8, Victoria 8, Olympia 8 and Charlotte 8 specifically for it to work?

Thank you.

  • If you want to achieve the shapes depicted in the promotional images, then yes, you would need to have ALL of the base characters listed in the "Required Products" field. The main reason you need to own all of the listed base characters is because the various shapes in the morph pack uses both the PA's custom shaping & a dialed percentage of the morphs from some or all of those base characters. Don't quote me on this, but I think the morph pack would still work, but it definitely will not look the same and probably not as good due to the fact that you would be missing some or all of the base characters. If you don't have all of the required products, then I do not recommend buying it. These are stylized shapes and not something you could use to focus on specific areas compared to something like https://www.daz3d.com/ej-face-morphs-and-details-for-genesis-8-females , which I do own and use.

I don't believe the product is intended to make you go out and buy all of those base characters. Its intended more for those who already own them and are looking for something different in regards to figure shaping & mixing morphs. If you're just starting out, I think it would be silly to buy all of that stuff just for those morphs. I already own 4 out of 5 of the required products(still missing Monique 8), and I have no current plans to buy this particular morph pack. You can achieve something very similar using a collection of other G8F morph packs with greater versatility, particularly ones for the head, body, breasts, glutes, and legs. You would probably spend a lot less and get more of your money's worth buying a half dozen G8F morph packs compared to buying this product and buying all of those base characters.

  • Thanks for the reply,

Beguiled by the imagery i took a punt and bought it for little over $5... there's little functionality (for example you don't get the sliders) but you do get the presets and the great thing is they are stackable resulting in some wonderful (but ultimately believable) shapes.

Together with other morping products (whicn i already own) i'm spoilt for choice... i've no idea how the 4 base Characters would combine to complete the product but as a stand alone item (and for the right price) i think it a sound investment.

These are early days for me but i do enjoy the tinkering so again thanks.

  • Good, then you won't have to worry about buying all those base characters or possibly asking for a refund. I'm curious, what do you mean that you don't get the sliders? There must be some kind of slider for each style that allows you to increase/decrease the strength of how much the morph is applied. Otherwise, I can't imagine how you could combine them together; especially at full strength, as it would probably end up looking hideous.

  • Maybe i havn't got a broad enough understanding of how the software interacts with the various products (in fact i definitely haven't) but i didn't see any additional sliders in the shaping panel like i get with other products....however the presets did stack up well (in my opinion).

To be honest i'm having problems with coupons and store credit not working at the moment... and with a number of expensive desirables on sale i'm sick!
