Smooth/Blank facial features on G8

Hello. Is there a product that smoothens out G8's facial features or a method for it? Kind of like this?

https://www.daz3d.com/sy-invisible-for-genesis-8 has a suit that does that from what it seems. Not sure if that is what you mean. I doubt it is accomplished by a morph, probably a geoshell.
