Hi,

I see this:

and now I ask me, for what are they?

Product:

https://www.daz3d.com/hospital-wear-for-genesis-3-male-s-and-female-s

I googled and I found this:

https://www.daz3d.com/fashion-model-poses-for-michael-7

But... thats not G3, also I dont think that is the one, the product does also not link to it.

So for which product are these poses?

Thanks!

Edit: https://www.daz3d.com/fashion-poses-for-genesis-3-and-8-females

This? and if yes, why is it not linked to the product as recommendation?

Sometimes the PA's are kind enough to provide draping morphs for clothing that match a few select pose sets, most likely their own or collaborators. In this case they are for the poses that are included in the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials, so you already have them.

oh well... no idea if I will find the poses xD... I use all via manual install.

What is the Poses folder name for that poses?

(but I also assume I dont have them installed).

    Edit:

This? :D But... the autofollow does make the fitting already, so for what are the pose sliders then? for not autofollowed?

The auto-follow is meant for figure shapes, not necessarily posing. The clothing is conforming, and does follow the pose to a certain extent, but because of how loose it is, the rigging can only do so much. Additional morphs are needed to get a really good result. Otherwise, you would have to make all the adjustments yourself. Try one or two and you will see the difference it makes.

I used Pose 15, touched the slider for pose 15 and it moved complete away and not more fitting...

    I would say... no ;)

    Used on a G8.

(I use the gown as "Art" overall, so the clothes dont get dirty during renovating :D )

I dont need that pose, but I really wanna understand it to learn it :D

Poses work, without using a converter, only on the figure they were made for. If you throw a radically different shape in as well then the results are unlikely to be very effective.

Well, if you want to learn how it works, you have to start by using it where it was meant to be used, and then try some variations. Start with Genesis 3 and try it. You will see that it works very well. Putting the gown on Genesis 8 will force you into auto-fit. There are tools to help converting and fitting for other figures, but results may vary. I tried the basic auto-fit, and it looks like what you have, so the rigging and/or morphs are altered to the point of being unuseable.

so if I would use it on G3, I would need the morph slider, because without it would not fit?

The gown would work in the same way as on G8, it would simply look much better with the morph.

It would fit so-so, but would definitely fit better with the morph. There are adjustment morphs that can be used for other poses, but sometimes that can take a lot of work to get a realistic fit. Again, try it, and you will see the difference.
