M4 doesn't respond to some poses

When I try to apply expression poses to M4, nothing changes or some of the poses work while others don't. Is there a way to get this to be consistent?

Is there a way to animate the sky in Daz? Examples?

Is there a way to get a "green screen" as a background in Daz. It seems that some of my application interpret the transparency from Daz as black.

First one: Some expressions are Morph injections. They just load to the figure, you then need to open the Parameters Tab and Dial that morph Expression to the value you wish it to be set to.

Second one: If you have a Sky Dome with different layers, A haze Layer, a Cloud Layer, and a Sky layer, you can then Rotate and or change the images on each layer for animation. You could also use the Texture Animator for DS4.5+ to do the Animation.

Third one: If you save your files in PNG format the empty Background area is a Alpha layer (transparent) the color it appears to be does not mater. Some 2D programs need to be told it is a Alpha layer and others just do not support them. You can change the Back Ground color to any you need with the Mini Menu in the Upper right corner of the Viewport.

I have aniblock expressions for M4, http://www.daz3d.com/expression-and-face-aniblocks. So I decided to use that rather than rebuild the animation from scratch.

However each aniblock "zeroes" at the beginning an end which creates a bit of jerkiness. How can I make each aniblock morph smoothly from one to the next?

How can I slow an individual aniblcok down? I want some to change expression faster than others.

How do I "layer" the ani blocks"? I.e., how do I get more than one aniblock action at a time?

Once the AniMate part is done you will do the Send to DAZ Studio Timeline to render it out. You can then use the Morph expressions on the DAZ Studio Timeline, they will stay as you dial them until you change them by dialing that one to zero and dialing a different one in. I always work this way, part is animated with AniMate and I then add more in the DS Timeline. You can even Send that back to AniMate2, the full version, to create a new AniBlock from.

As explained above I prefer to use Dialed in expressions on the DS Timeline, that prevents the need to edit or adjust the Expression AniBlocks. You can Single click an AniBlock to get into level one Edit mode in that you can extend or lower the BLEND setting for the AniBlock. See image one below.
How can I slow an individual aniblcok down? I want some to change expression faster than others. In image 2 you see the Speed of the AniBlock, in Image 3 I have lowered the Speed of the AniBlock, as you can see it now plays slower but longer on the Animate Timeline.

That is Done in AniMate2, not sure if AniMate Lite will do it, with the Figure selected you click the Plus on the AniMate editor, it adds a Subtrack for the Figure, you can have many subtracks.
