Fibermesh Brow & Lash Creation?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tutorials on how to make fibermesh brows and lashes? I'm in the process of creating a character and I'm not sure how to go about making the brows and lashes. What software should I use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

DS has its own in built Strand based hair system you could try that, otherwise I believe Zbrush is often used.
