Maya muscle (question)

Does anyone know if a Maya muscle rig could be made for Genesis & Genesis 2, and brought in to use in Daz?

    I don't know absolutely but I would think not, unless it's wholly based on bland shapes and even then you'd most likely need to rebuild it in DS.
