Custom Colors for Hairstyles?

So I bought the Viktor Long Locks for Genesis 3 and 8, and I located the 5 colors that it comes in. However, the character that I'm trying to create has a color of hair that is not avaiable for me to select. I tried looking in the shop for like a "hair dyer" for hairstyles that don't come in all colors, but I couldn't find one. Nor could I find the "color package" that most hairstyles have sold separately. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I could change the color? Whether it be something that I have to buy or something that I already own? Thanks.

There's a free hair shader here in the forums that may work if you also have the prerequisite hair textures mentioned: Click Here.
