Program won't open

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have downloaded the program but when I sign in it closes the program and does nothing. I'm really confused so can someone help me, please.

    Which programme - Install Manager or Daz Studio? If Daz Studio, what happens if you don't sign in (working on-line is not required)?
