How to remove bottom image blur

Hi, so i tried to look it up but didnt find anything that helped me. I wanted to make a POV so i set the camera at a low position, played with the settings in order for me to see the whole figure.

But the render for some reason starts the blur the feet. Thank you in advance.

Do you have water or a similar material in your render? To me it looks like your camera is submerged with the lower edge just under a water surface.

If that's not the cause of your problem, it might help diagnose it if you give us an image of your scene set up (be sure you have clothes on your figure first to avoid getting the image removed).

F/Stop is at 0? So of cource the blur starts there. You have to expand the F/Stop!

But DOF is off, so the f/stop shouldn't matter.

Edited to add: The entire image looks blurred, I was guessing that it was just an very early screen capture of the render that made the whole image blurry. If not, then there is definitely something else going on.  I tried f/stop set to zero with DOF off and it had no effect in my test,  but that doesn't mean it isn't possibly causing problems for the OP.
