I can't get my hair in the Iray Render window

I need your help. I can't get my hair in the Iray Render window (see picture in the attachment). I would be very happy if you helped me.

It's a dForce hair, so firstly make sure you're not in the Geometry Editor tool, as dForce hair won't render if you are. If that's not the problem, look at the hair (not the cap if there is one) and in the parameters make sure viewport and render line tessellations are set to 3.
