aniMate 2 plugin disabled in DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro and won't work!

Ok so, I have the DAZ Studio 4.6 Pro. All of my plug-ins work for the software except the animate 2 plugin. Instead of showing that the plug-in is green like the rest, its grayed out and shows that I need to enter my registration serial number for it before it can be activated. So I entered my serial number and restarted DAZ, but it still doesn't work. Isn't it supposed to be automatically turned on? I've already uninstalled the software several times already and re-installed it to see if it would have any affect. But alas no. It hasn't worked since the first time I installed it, which was on Sunday.

Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated,

AniMate 2 is not free - it works in Lite mode until you enter an AniMate 2 serial number, obtained by buying it from the store. If it isn't working at all now it may be that entering your DS serial number broke it - if so, I think you need to open a support ticket with Technical Support to get help.

As long as you still have the option to enter a serial number you can get the full Animate2 and use that serial number to unlock it. Entering the DAZ Studio serial number was a error that can not be undone. That will now be in your OS Registry file as a invalid code and only entering a valid code will now open the Plugin. Uninstalling DAZ Studio will not effect the code in the AniMate2 OS Registry Files. Once done it is done.

I have the exact same problem. I never had it from install. I have timeline but no animate tab at all. Is there any way to fix this animate tab problem? I tried uninstalling several times as well as going into the registry to delete daz files and using ccleaner and no difference. Why can't they put a reset button for this?
