OT Youtube, why does Google HAVE to keep making it worse?

my gripe thread as a youtube user for uploading my Daz content animations
first there was google+ and all the headaches
then they stopped me seeing all the comments on my videos
now
they have changed the darn uploaded video manager so I cannot see views, number of comments or anything but my uploaded videos!
if it works why do they insist on breaking it?
