Custom Morph help Please

I have spent quite a bit of time pouring over forums trying to figure out why my custom morph morphs the whole body instead of just the part I changed. I export with subdivision at 0 and base resolution (followed tutorials found here in the forums for which boxes to check) and import to blender. Make mods without changing counts on vertices, export out as obj and then import using morph pro or advanced doesn't seem to matter and get a good it worked message. Slider is there but when I use it the whole body either gets really tall if I slide up or flips over and lays on the ground if slide down oh and the morph actually works. As far as I can tell I am not affecting any bones or joints - I am modifying the pelvis area. Tried it on a couple of different characters including base gen 2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds as if you have a mis-match between your import and export settings. Choose the same option (presumably Blender) for both and things should match up, as long as Blender isn't doing any asymmetrical scaling on import/export.

Do not use Studio's Blender import/export scale setting. The scale is wrong and it swaps the y and z axes which isn't necessary. Instead use Custom 100% scale setting for both importing and exporting (and make sure the axes swap isn't still set).
