Hi i have problem with render resolution. So can anyone tell me how can i adjust it to higher quality?

And how can i adjust the light??

Make sure the preset for size is snot set to Active Viewport. You will also need to turn off Constrain Aspect if you want to chnage the proportions (all in the Editor tab of Render Settings).
