Confused about DAZ rules for personal sites

I'm really confused on what the rules/laws are for using images made from DAZ studio are for personal websites. If I were to use images that were created using DAZ studio and its models on a site and charge viewers for a monthly subscription, is that considered commercial use and therefore not allowed? A couple examples of these kinds of sites are pro3dapartmentwrestling and barbarianbabes. I thought that it was illegal to use DAZ models for commercial use, but am I wrong? Thanks in advance.

it is perfectly legal to use renders of Daz models for anything with only one exception, the Marie Goddard clone for V3.

Oh wow, I didn't know that! So if someone paid me to make renders (commissions and such) for them, it's ok to do so?

Yes, the EULA covers as noted Renders and Animations. The None commercial use is for the DAZ 3D mesh files in a game or other application without a proper license. All renders of most content is free use.

If you go to some of the freeware sites, particularly the personal sites run by content providers, you can find props, costumes etc that cannot be used in commercial renders. So it is important to read the documentation that comes with the item you plan to use.

The Post I made was only concerning content bought from DAZ 3D. Not third party content. For other sites the ELUA for that content applies to the Content from that site. One reason I have more than one Content folder.
