Error - White GUI

Any way to fix this look? GUI is white, and no icons in the viewport are visible.

I'd hate to reinstall Daz Studio 4.12, as I'd need to reinstall all the content files as well.

    You don't need to reinstall content files when reinstalling DS, content is not affected by uninstalling the app.

    And that white UI usually means you installed a new version of DS while it was running (it might have been because sometimes it takes a while for the DS process to stop completely when you close the app). You fix that by reinstalling DS while it is not running.
