It have a thin but wet touch, the original Wet Layer Addon make it thicker as needed:

(↓↓ THIS IS THE NORMAL PRODUCT! You dont need my file for it!)

 

Put the file just in the same folder of the hair, I placed it in the Main Folder of "Iray Materials".

If you change the color make sure to remember the glossy Settings I used.
