What exactly is Daz Connect? And how do I move it to the D: drive instead of where it currently sits

What is this Connect folder and how can I move it to the D drive from it's default C: location?

    Connect is the system for isntalling content through Daz Studio. To change the folder used go to Edit>Preferences (Daz Studio>Preferences on a Mac), go to the Content tab, and click Content Directory Manager, highlight the current path for Daz Connect Data, and click Edit on the left to change it. You can either leave the old location as a regular content directory (DS will offer to d this for you) or you can move the /data/ folder from the old location to the new and it will cntinue to work.
