Specific Products Loading as Grey Boxes...?

I wonder if anyone can chime in on a problem I've been having. I'm about as familiar with computers as anyone who doesn't work with them directly. I can defragment a hard drive, navigate browsers and programs with relative ease, and I know to look twice at any Nigerian Princes who might solicit my help. That's about it. I've been playing around with Daz for a year or so now in my spare time, mostly as a hobby. I'm definitely still a noob, and at a loss for what's going on with my system.

I work off of a laptop with a partitioned hard drive, and recently moved my library over to the larger section. I think I changed all the file paths that were necessary. I had a couple of issues afterward with certain resources - almost all hair - loading as grey boxes in the viewfinder, and then not rendering. The Coco Hair product is the most significant example I can think of.

Anyways, this was fixed by a quick reinstall of the affected products, and for a time things were normal. My current problem is that two products that I purchased and installed long after the move are doing the same thing. Dforce Corporate Hair for Genesis 8 and MRL Dforce Bob Hair for Genesis 8 Female. Ever since purchase and install, the product loads as a grey box in an otherwise visible scene, and does not appear in the render. I haven't once been able to make them work. I've re-run the installation multiple times, even did it manually once or twice. The grey box suggests a file path problem, but I've checked and rechecked everything I know to scrutinize, and I'm not getting any error messages.

I'm really hoping this is a simple problem that I'm just too new to fathom at the moment. If anyone else has experienced similar, or has any fixes they can suggest, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks everyone!

Well, reinstalling would be the obvious thing to do, but since you've already done that...

I once bought something that I thought was an environment, but it turned out it was just a texture for an environment. I missed that "required products" part in the descriprion. It ended up loading in grey boxes as well. You didn't by any chance buy textures by accident?

Those are dForce hairs, 4.10 (which is what you screen shot shows) can't handle that.

Richard, you nailed it. I missed an update in there somewhere, and now everything is working fine. A very good catch, thank you so much for your help!
