Starter bundle conversion?

I recently purchased the Genesis Starter Bundle as on the store page it lists the compatible models as 'Genesis' which I took to mean a blanket term for all Genesis models but since reading the forums I've learned that it in fact refers to the original Genesis model (I think they could definitely add wording to improve clarity here).

I'm particularly interested in the head/body morphs. Is there any way of converting these to Genesis 8 or are they a write off?

There are manual ways to convert morphs, but if you purchased it less than 30 days ago it would probably be easier to get a refund on this and purchase the base head and body morphs for Genesis 8 instead.

To ask for a refund, submit a help request. You will probably get a response within a day or two. Tell them how you want the money refunded (Store Credit is easiest, but you can ask to have it returned to your credit card if you bought it on a credit card).
