Converting Hierarchical Poses

The batch pose converters I've tried don't seem to work with hierarchical poses (specifically G3F > G1)

1) Is there something I need to do to make them work?

2) Is there a converter that does work with them?

3) Is there a way to batch convert hierarchical poses to non-hierarchical poses?
