Lip Sync with dusk character

I've managed to get myself into a bit of a pickle.
I wanted a particular beard style, found one on renderosity which looked like I wanted, but only worked with the dusk character. Anyway - after quite a bit of work my character now looks pretty much how I want him to. But I forgot to check the lip sync.
I get the "some channels cannot be found" message when I analyse - and, sure enough, the head moves around but the lips stay still.
I have a horrible feeling someone will say it's not possible without creating a character-specific .dmc file (which I have no idea how to do).
But - it has to be worth asking - has anyone solved this particular issue?

So are you using Dusk?
Yes - if I can get round the lip sync problem
there is a dusk dmc I believe, I think it came with the expressions and visemes
Check to see if HiveWire has .dmc files for him.
Thank you for the responses. I've searched through the dusk related products at hivewire & it doesn't immediately stick out - so I've raised a support request with them to get the question answered - not available until Monday. I'll report back once they get back to me.
well I have one but without going through all my installation zip packages no idea which one it was in
I imagine it was the viseme and expressions one as it need those
HIveWire have got back. They were very hepful but sadly there is currently no Dusk DMC, although they intend to create one in due course (no specific time frame given). There is a Dawn DMC (in viseme and expressions) but the Dawn DMC is not compatible with the Dusk character. So, unfortunately, I am currently playing a waiting game for the right file.
I will update if/when one becomes available
well I wonder what I did then because I made him talk
mind you it was in Carrara
I very likely edited Dawn's in notepad though as often do create dmc files or edit them
Maybe I will have to bite the bullet & try to understand the DMC file format
