IRay - preparing scene and rendering samples

I made a scene with one character and trying to render an animation. But on every frame Studio is taking too much time preparing the scene. Test render (single frame) shows 37 iterations, 2.983s init, 24.807s render. But scene preparing took almost 30 seconds, which is IMO inappropriate for animation with only one character. Is there any way to reduce the preparation time? If no - DAZ 3D, do something about it, please. I tried to render it in Octane - the time between opening it's viewport and starting rendering - 8 seconds!
Also, feature request (still hope devs will see this thread). Please add the ability to change the number of parallel samples in IRay. It may help some users to save VRAM.
