New Beta version won't launch

Hi - I downloaded the new Beta version through DIM but the previous version is loading.

The file is in the Daz 3D folder, no error messages, CMS running.

Do I have to do this manually?

I'm on a Mac but that shouldn't make a difference.

Meanwhile, the Smart Content panel keeps on being disabled, prompting many restarts to get it working again.

    Are you launching from the application icon or by double-clicking a scene (or some other piece of content)?

    I launch DS from the icon (dock)

    The Smart Content Panel disables when I click in the Content Library to find a non-smart product or when I click in the Scene tab. It eventually freezes up after that and then it's empty and unresponsive until I restart.

    I was told that the Beta version would help with this - if I can get it going.
