Fairy Wings attach to my Genesis model?

I have the FaeryWingsDeluxe and want to attach them to my genensis model so when I move her they move with her....

How do I do that?

I am new to this stuff so be as detailed as you can be assume I know nothing, there are many things I do not know how to do yet.

    Position them where you want them and then Parent to Genesis' Chest.
