How to flat body zone

I just want to ask how to flat body zone from G2F

For example I do a pose with G2F sitting on the ground. Is it possible to flatten buttock to do it more real?

on youtube there are a lot of tutorials for some special aspects.
I think, this one could answere your question. But let me say, that this solution is not possible in every situation depending on the collision handling of applyed clothing. There may conflicts occur.
