Can't Use "Delete" or "Control Z" on Windows Keyboard in Daz 4.10

I'm using Daz 4.10 and Windows 10. I have always been able to delete something from a Scene by going to the Scene window, highlighting the item (like a prop, clothing item, character, light, etc), and pressing Delete on my keyboard. But now I have to highlight the item, right click my mouse, and choose Delete Distant Light or Delete Hair, etc. from the menu that pops up. 

Also, I can't Undo an action using Control Z anymore. I have to mouse all the way to the upper left of my screen and choose Edit> Undo, or click the little Undo icon.

How do I regain keyboard functionality for these simple actions?

Window>Workspace>Select layout to do a full reset, or Window>Workspace>Customise, click Import, and select Actions to reload the default short cuts while leaving everything else alone.
