Cannot Load 3rd part content in DAZ 4.12

Hi all,

So I'm getting a hang of all this and decide to get some 3rd party options.  I download a few things..watch a ton of video on how to install and give it a go.  The first few things work great.  Find the matchjing folder, match the contents.  Im feeling pretty good.    Then I get to to some sportswear.  I unzip the new content, find the matching folders, drag the new content to the DAZ Matching folder.  Restart daz 3D, build a G8 figure, navigate to said clothes and try to apply it. It then gives me this error.

There were not any other folders in the zip file to install and neither of them said data,it was just people and runtime.

I'm having this issue with some hair I tried to install too.

What am I doing wrong?

    It may be that what you installed are textures for the clothes and hair rather than the objects themselves.
