Curiosities Mirror - how do I get it to reflect?

Bought the curiosities Mirror and have adjusted settings based on a few other posts, but the mirror won't reflect the room or the girl. Please help!

    Did you set the Max Ray Trace Depth (3DL, Render Settings->Sampling) or Max Path Length (Iray, Render Settings->Optimization) to 3 or more? (5 is a good compromise between quality and performance). The included materials work very well in 3DL with no adjustments.
