ryzen 5 2600
16 gb ddr4 ram
Samsung 970 evo 250 gb ssd
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 zotac
This system is not bad but rendering time not enough for me i have only 330 $
i'm not pro at rendering systems but i think my cpu is the weak circle in this system
i did little research and i decide to upgrade my cpu to ryzen 7 3700x ( My psu 65w and i cant buy 105 w that why i decide ryzen 7 3700x )
my question is am i right ? do you guys think this upgrade will increase my rendering speed ?
Sorry for my terrible english :(

Rendering what? If you meant Iray, and assuming that's a non-Super 2060 with 6GB of RAM, you'd do better to save up to get an 8GB 2060 Super model I suspect - always assuming that the issue is the scenes dropping to CPU. Another, cheaper, option is to get Scene Optimiser from Daz and reduce texture sizes so your scenes fit into the GPU's memory. Without more detail it's not going to be possible tom give really good advice, but I suspect a CPU upgrade will not be money well-spent.
I suspect your ryzen is coping.
I suspect your graphics card is coping very well indeed when the scene fits on it; try what Richard said.
certainly, if you can't get a scene to fit on your graphics card, the cpu upgrade would be decent.
But we don't really know much.
What is you typical scene; try and share it with us via duf, with items available for free; Studio's free assets for example.
I've stopped using Iray to render; I'm using Blender's Cycles pretty much all the time now.
In terms of the best value for the budget range CPU, Ryzen 5 2600 & 3600 dominate the market with its price point. However, if you already have the budget, of course, you should go with the Ryzen 7 3700x. If you decided to go with the Ryzen 5 2600, I recommend you at least get a B450 board to pair with it, so you'll get a minor overclocking and boost it into its maximum potential.
