Hi
I have the last version of Daz studio pro
I have a rather complicated scene with 5 figures a wide mirror and a few props.
I could do about 15 renders of this variating the angles and poses with a very good result (i use the default setting of 3delight)
The first renders took about 25mn and the quality was top.
but now, having changed nothing in these settings the rendering time gets faster but the quality much much slower.

I have restarted the program several time but still I get dots on the skin materials instead of a nice velvet like shade.

Is there anything I can do?

thanks in advance for your help:-/

Can you please post images that show the difference and your advanced render settings ?

I see you restarted the program, but have you tried restarting your computer?
I have no idea why, but rebooting my comp has fixed similar issues for me.

How are you lighting your scene? I suspect you are using uberEnvironment or the like, and that the quality settings have slipped, though you could probably improve things a bit by lowering the shading rate in the main render settings (with shading rate lower is better, but slower).

It does look like Uber Lighting with the samples not set properly. That could have happened. I also second the Shading rate being lowered to at least .5 from 1.00 in the render settings.
