Where is the strand-based hair editor? Nevermind

In studio 4.12 in the create menu dropdown is "new strand based hair." I'm trying to create body hair, in particular leg hair stubble very short, low density hair on the lower legs of a G8 female. I tried it for the first time and got completely counterintuitive results. So I am going to have to experiment with the editor. The problem: Where is it? I can create new hair. Surely one can invoke the editor to work on some that has already been created. But I cannot find a tool icon or entry under a menu that has it. 

Where is it?

OK I found it. It's  under the edit>object menu.

I would delete this post if I could. Anypne know how to do that?
